The cleanliness was excellent, with everything well-maintained and super clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the air conditioning which worked perfectly. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the tube station and situated in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was exceptional, always willing to assist with any needs and provided excellent service. The hotel's location in the vibrant Clerkenwell area was perfect, with a quiet square just next to it. We found it very convenient to explore the Farrington area, as well as being close to the underground station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel itself was thoughtfully designed, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were the best we've had in a hotel room. We also loved the added touch of bathrobes and the convenience of in-room coffee and tea facilities. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it.
This place is a great choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Amazing room with all the comforts I could ask for. The terrace and outdoor bath were a good bonus, perfect for relaxation. The mood lighting added a special ambiance. The room service was perfect, and the staff were friendly and cute. The location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area, conveniently close to Faringdon tube and other cool boutiques we've stayed in Central London. It is also close to a bus stop that takes you to Oxford Street in less than 20 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a free coffee machine, refrigerated water, and ice on every floor.
The WiFi wasn't working on my arrival day, although it was fixed the following morning.
